Frustration Rules Card Game

IL PAESE DEL 'BUNGA BUNGA'

I tried several 'times, these days, imagine what would happen in Brazil if President Lula had during his mandate to be similar to (now known worldwide) of the head of the Italian government, Berlusconi.
how they would react, for example, if Brazil's Lula the public - after an intense day of institutional commitments in Italy - had held at the Hotel where he hosted a party at red lights with a lot of belly dancers and Streap-tease , or, again, what the Brazilian press would have written if their President had intervened with the police in Sao Paulo to make a prostitute a minor release on the grounds that it would be the "niece Obama or Chavez. " The hypothetical comparison would continue with or without episodes even more 'embarrassing: Let us imagine a long string of "private parties" held at the' Granja do Torto 'in the presence of dozens of half-naked women handsomely compensated for their presence ... This
parallelism helps me to express an important concept, indeed, a principle enshrined in Article 54 of Italian Constitution: those who hold public office and 'obliged to fulfill its duty with "discipline and honor." This is not to interfere in an improper manner and not due on the private life, sacred and inviolable, any national (political compresi), ma di esigere da chi ha responsabilita’ pubbliche e soprattutto di governo comportamenti e azioni consone al proprio mandato.
"Your prime minister - I recently told a senior foreign political - gives the impression of spending days defending himself from the processes in endless nights and private parties it would be interesting to know - he concludes - when it finds (if found) the time to govern! "I am convinced
, returning to the parallelism of the first few lines, not only in Brazil but in any other democratic country would be a situation which led to the resignation of Prime Minister, and this not only because of possible crimes associated with those but the general facts and unbearable stigma to which the institutions would be dangerously exposed. Two other factors aggravate the
framework just described: the first relates to the national security of the country. The head of the government in fact is not a citizen nor a common political, and his residence, for example, should be protected and safeguarded from possible attack or intrusion. The events to which we refer, however, have demonstrated the extreme vulnerability of these homes, continuously exposed to frequent misunderstandings and potentially dangerous characters. The other factor is related to the image and international credibility. In the globalized world it is crucial to the success or characteristics to the weakness of the 'country system' in the world as they know our diplomats, ultimamente occupati più a spiegare quanto succede nelle dimore private di Berlusconi che a promuovere il ‘made in Italy’.
